Meet The Team
W.D. PRICE Inc., offers expertise to our residential and commercial clients allowing for the successful navigation through the complexity of architectural design, civil/structural/environmental engineering, estimating, permitting, and construction.
With over 26 years of construction experience, Wesley has worked on some of the finest homes on Cape Cod and the Islands. He is a licensed construction supervisor in the state of Massachusetts, and a Certified Passive House Consultant (CPHC).
Wesley earned his B.S. in Microbiology from the University of Massachusetts – Amherst. He is a dedicated family man, and enjoys studying novel materials and approaches to modern day construction challenges, in order to create living spaces that are comfortable, durable, efficient, and contribute to building a better tomorrow.
With an exceptional level of care, John brings the trained eye of a talented finish carpenter to bear on each project with which he interacts.
John’s early career as a craftsman began in the city of Boston, where he developed and honed his skills while restoring some of the city’s oldest and most venerable Brownstone’s. He is a licensed construction supervisor in the state of Massachusetts and has recently completed a course for Certified Passive Home Building.
John is a lifelong Red Sox fan, and a dedicated family man.

Stephen earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University. As an Assistant Field Supervisor and Assistant Project Manager at W.D. PRICE, Inc., he is dedicated to ensuring projects are executed efficiently, maintaining high-quality standards, and fostering strong teamwork on-site.
A passionate sports fanatic, Stephen enjoys hockey, football, and golf, embracing competition and teamwork both on and off the job site. An avid outdoorsman, he spends his free time biking, boating, and exploring nature. He brings his best every day, always eager to learn and contribute to the success of W.D. PRICE, Inc.
